Accourding our refund and return policy, If a product is found to be defective, Zeilmed will replace it at no cost to you. Please return the item(s) in their original packaging. If you are using alternative packaging, make sure the items are properly packed and protected.
If Zeilmed has shipped the wrong item(s), we will replace them at no charge. Return Timeline: All returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of shipment. Credit will not be issued for any items returned without prior notification and acknowledgment from the company. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
